We all enjoy our outings when we play golf, whether its for 9 holes, 18 or more. Studies have been done to show the health benefits of hitting that little ball into the hole (more shots the better for physical health - but maybe not for your mental wellbeing!!) From feedback from the Club's involved with Access Fore Golf I can determine that members have walked in excess of 11000 miles since April 2019. I think that is a great contribution to the health and wellbeing of the community. Sorry, you can take the man out of leisure centres, but not the passion for improving people's health and wellbeing.
