How many times can I play using the membership?
There is no limit to the rounds you can play on the membership within the year.
Do I have to pay an additional green fee at the Club?
No, once you have joined the membership you have no more costs associated to playing golf.
Can I get an official handicap?
No, the membership is for social golf only. Entry to Club competitions or gaining a Club handicap are reserved for Club members. Golf handicaps may be gained using services such as the Golfshake website.
Can I take friends or family with me?
Yes, most courses offer preferential rates for guests. Please check individual course T&C’s for guidance.
Can I just turn up and play?
No, all tee reservations must be pre-booked to ensure availability for members to play. Only 4 players on a course at one time and membership cards must be shown in pro shop when checking in. When booking you must state how many members are playing, see member T&C’s for guidance.
Can I invite family and friends to join the membership?
Yes, we encourage members to invite family and friends to join the scheme. This way you are more likely to continue enjoying the benefits of the membership.
What other benefits do I receive when I join?
Apart from extremely good value golf, most courses offer members discounts on other services such as guest fees, buggy hire, food and beverage and more. Each course will detail this in their T&C’s.
When does the membership run from and until?
The membership runs from 1st April until the following 31st March unless specifically stated for an individual scheme or course.
Can I join if I'm already a member at the golf course advertised within the scheme?
Current members of the golf club advertised for a particular scheme may not transfer onto Access Fore Golf until they have allowed they membership to lapse for a minimum of 12 months. Please see members terms and conditions for full details.
